This will ensure they have the credibility and confidence to raise their profile and lead in the organisational space.
bubworks preference is to establish a tri-partite relationship with the internal sponsor, the client and ourselves. Each programme therefore begins with a diagnostic element to understand the key factors at play and to clarify the most desirable outcome for the client and the organisation. This may involve one meeting, or for more complex culture change programmes, using tools to measure the difference between the current reality and the desired outcome. We specialise in helping people whose success depends on working with different nationalities, whether face-to-face or in a virtual environment. Bubworks’ coaches and trainers are professionally qualified to understand human behaviour and systems, and are experienced working with Board and senior executives across many different sectors and industries worldwide. Most of our team have also held senior roles within organisations.

Embodying Leadership
From the Chief Executive to the most junior equity Partner, we help to bring out the best in an organisation’s top executive so that they have the self belief and confidence to lead in the organisational space. Individuals will become more aware of how to maximise their personal charisma to create effective, significant and sustainable positive change for themselves and those around them. Clients meet with a coach once a month for a minimum of six months. The programme will be tailored to meet individual, team and group needs. It is led by professionally qualified coaches Carissa Bub and Margaret O’Keeffe.

Raising Internal Profiles
This six-month coaching course supports emerging leaders to build a richer skill-set and greater confidence, enabling career progression and succession planning within the organisation. They will gain increased awareness and a greater understanding of how to communicate successfully across diverse cultures and departments. This in turn leads to more energy and enthusiasm to take the necessary steps to increase their effectiveness as a role model, influencer and expert within their environment.

This six month coaching course is ideally suited to senior executives and Partners looking to increase their personal effectiveness in marketing and business development activities. Key benefits are focus, effective use of time, and the energy and confidence to raise their profile through networking and more formal speaking engagements, as well as expanding their communication tool-kit in order to deepen existing client relationships.

Divisive to Decisive: Focus in the Board Room
We facilitate workshops, and interventions over a longer period of time, to support individual leaders to work together as a more effective and powerful collective decision-making body. This programme is led by bubworks’ most experienced facilitators, who all have significant experience designing and delivering successful interventions for top executives. Empowering Virtual Teams
We design and deliver workshops for groups looking to learn how to motivate individuals working in a virtual environment. This may include a multi-lingual approach in order to help a group or team bridge national and geographical divides. We can also work more closely as partners in designing communication programmes which facilitate individuals to lead and manage knowledge sharing in a virtual work context. This may include sharing information external to the business with other communities and key stakeholders. This programme is led by Erica Hurley.

Developing Value-Driven Organisations
This programme combines bubworks expertise in helping people to get the best out of themselves with our knowledge and experience of making organisations work more effectively. We will work with your senior executive team and other internal sponsors to diagnose, design and implement a programme which addresses gaps in communication and interpersonal and intra-departmental conflict. Our approach is first to help you understand how to create a more harmonious and successful system dynamic, and then to coach individuals and leadership groups so that they have the confidence and skill to implement significant, sustainable behavioural change.
