This is an advanced presentation training workshop for groups of senior executives looking to raise their performance as leaders. We will show them how to motivate and inspire audiences of any size, in different languages and in multi-national contexts by using words, voice and body language more effectively. Bubworks typically designs half-day to two day workshops which we facilitate across Europe.

Presentation Coaching
Focusing on the individual over a number or sessions, this programme will provide the personal awareness and advanced techniques to achieve a level of mastery as a presenter. Material covered will include voice, body language, use of motivational language and metaphor, story structure, and engaging with a multi-national audience. The emphasis will depend on individual need and can either be tailored to prepare for a specific event, or as part of a general career development programme. Bubworks delivers this course across Europe in different languages.

Embodying Female Leadership
We offer a unique programme which combines tools, techniques and theories from all our specialist areas. It is designed for women looking to leverage their strengths as leaders and develop inner confidence to remain true to who they are in the organisational space. As most communication in non-verbal, we will help you to become more aware of how to use your personal charisma and unique style to enhance your leadership credibility. We strongly believe the course also provides a valuable opportunity to develop and leverage their personal story outside the organisation. Depending on need, this programme may be delivered by several bubworks coaches and trainers.

Storytelling Workshops
This programme will teach you how to use skills and techniques of professional actors and dramatic artists to master public speaking. This is not only for external events. These tools have also been proven to be very effective for team leaders looking to engage employees as part of a change communication dialogue process. These one to three day workshops are designed and facilitated by theatrical experts Ami Hatab and Barbara Houseman. Our courses can be delivered in English and French.
