Claire Bowen has 15 years experience in marketing, communications and brand development, principally in the entertainment and media sectors. She contributes to bubworks Presenting and Winning Business and Liberating Talent programmes, focusing on corporate planning, brand strategy and internal communications for a range of international and domestic clients. Recent clients include Hewlett Packard, Hamptons International, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Invesco Europe. As Blockbuster's International Marketing Director in the late nineties, Claire oversaw 25 markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe and South America. which is when she first became interested in creating forums for widespread groups to share ideas and initiatives. She previously headed the marketing teams of JustGive.org, Barnardos, Accolade and Viacom Interactive. The principle of Claire's approach is to bring people together in facilitated planning sessions. Claire draws heavily on her Master NLP skills when working with groups to combine creative expression with actionable outcomes.

Carissa Bub Carissa Bub is strategist and coach to leaders and leadership teams. She brings a fresh approach to stakeholder relations, providing clients the framework and confidence to re-think and re-direct their attention so that people, performance and profitability thrive. A former broadcast journalist, she founded bubworks in 2002 to support senior management to project the human face of their organisation internally and through relationships with media, investors and clients in a global context. In addition to her career as a news and current affairs reporter and presenter, Carissa has held executive roles in sales and marketing, training and consulting. Carissa is a certified executive coach (CPCC), an organisational relationship systems coach (ORSC), Master Practitioner of NLP, psychometric assessor (MBTI) and Team Diagnostic (TCI) consultant. Her other qualifications include post-graduate diplomas in broadcast journalism, performance coaching, counselling and psychotherapy. She has a Masters in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology and a BSc. in Urban Estate Management. Her broad range of clients are in banking, private equity, management consulting Partnerships, healthcare, FMCG, corporate communication, supply chain logistics and IT sectors across Europe. Carissa is a Governor of Burbage School in Hackney, an Advisory member of the not-for-profit Common Purpose which promotes the betterment of societies, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. |

Caroline Goyder is one of bubworks leading presentation experts. A professionally qualified actress and Voice Coach with an MA from Central School of Speech and Drama, London, she has helped hundreds of senior executives across Europe to achieve success in front of audiences inside and outside their organisation. Caroline designs and delivers most bubworks Presenting and Winning Business programmes and is particularly skilled in supporting women embody and project leadership presence in front of an audience. Like many of our team, she also has considerable experience training senior executives in media and communication related businesses, and is a qualified to train in neuro-linguistic programming to Master Practitioner level. Caroline continues to work part-time as a voice coach with Central School of Speech and Drama. Personal clients include Merrill Lynch, Adidas, Ove Arup, News International, and Endemol. Caroline is based in London and speaks English, French, German and Polish. |

Emma Howard has more than 15 years experience as a television and radio news reporter and presenter with the BBC and other UK broadcasters. She has extensive live reporting and studio experience covering national and European politics, consumer and current affairs for BBC1, Radio 4, News 24, and on programmes Watchdog, Crimewatch, and Newsbeat on Radio One. Emma has subsequently developed a reputation as a conference facilitator and panel moderator for global organizations looking to stimulate debate and raise profile in Europe. She is a regular contributor to Unisys Thought Leadership conference, and Exchanging London Insurance Market Conference. She is a welcome contributor on bubworks media and presentation programmes, and will lead or co-facilitate workshops with other bubworks trainers across Europe. Erica Hurley is a facilitator and HR consultant with more than 23 years experience supporting major blue-chip companies and government departments to build valuable relationships inside and outside the organisation. She has supported training and development initiatives across Eastern and Western Europe and the Far East. In addition to working with bubworks since its inception, Erica works closely with Warwick Business School facilitating knowledge management within organisations looking to create sustainable communities of practice and global virtual teams. A seasoned communication expert of almost 20 years, she has lived and worked in Spain, France and the UK. At bubworks Joanna is a valuable contributor to our Inspiring Investors programmes enabling our clients to positively influence mindsets of investors and financial journalists across Europe. A former employee of Goldman Sachs and the Spanish bank BBVA, Joanna has also consulted with Financial Dynamics, Dewe Rogerson and Maitland PR agencies on how best to steer strategic developments which need to be communicated to more than one European audience. Dominic Cotton Is a presenter and reporter for BBC Sport and BBC News 24, with 10 years experience in live broadcasting. Initially working in news for BBC, ITV and Sky, Dominic is now specialising in sport, and has covered many major national and international sporting events for celebrated programmes such as Match of the Day, Final Score, and Grandstand. He is expert in live interviewing, handling press conferences, ad-libbing match reports, and handling breaking stories on air.
